Your health and wellbeing is our #1 concern. Please ensure that you bring ALL required medications and let us know if there are any conditions that we should be aware of should any action be nessesary in an emergency eg Diabetes, Epi-pen etc

Your Physical & Mental Fitness 

Whilst the activities of the retreat won't be physically challenging, we will be journeying intensely with our energetics.

Our days are fairly full and you will need to use your personal ownership of self and your physical abilities, to ensure YOU get the most out of this journey as possible.

Participating in this retreat requires a basic level of emotional fitness and you should only participate if you consider yourself to be emotionally and psychologically fit enough to participate.

The workshop component of "Elemental Magic' may involve a level of self-examination deeper than you have experienced before and you may find this personally confronting and distressing.

Please Note this retreat including the book and album launch is a drug and alcohol free event.

Investment & Inclusions

This retreat is quoted in Australian dollars, Payments can made in Australian dollars at the exchange rate applicable on the date of transfer directly to our Australian holding account if you reside in a country with a different currency. PLEASE talk to us if you need more explanation & information.

Once your application has been accepted you will be sent a deposit link and agreement. Your place will be held for 48 hours. Your Deposit is non-refundable. If you need to wait until pay day and that is outside of the 48 hours. Please fill in the agreement and return to us (this secures your place), email us and communicate when you will pay your deposit. Once the agreement is signed or first payment is made (whichever comes first), you have a 7-day cooling-off period in which to change your mind. Once the 7 days have passed you are liable for the full ticket amount unless you are able to transfer your place to someone else, this person must not already be attending the retreat and is subject to The Genius Portal's approval and a $500 administration fee.

All payment plans must be complete by Oct 30th 2023 and 1st payment of any plan is due prior to 15th July 2023. Should you fail to make a payment prior to 15th of July we reserve the right to open your space up to another guest. If you have not completed your payments prior to October 30th we reserve the right to refuse entry to the retreat.

If paying in full, your deposit is governed by the same stipulations as the payment plans and your full payment is due on the 8th day post completing and returning your agreement. This date will be recorded on your invoice.

We prefer direct bank transfer to the account on your invoice but you will also have the ability to pay via card and payment gateway on your invoice.

Your Investment Includes

  • 6 days and 5 nights accommodation

  • All events, workshops, rituals & activities including Book Launch & Temple Calling album launch 11th November.

  • Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Desert whilst at the retreat.

This retreat is an intimate and deep journey to unleash your elemental power and unlock the secrets of your heart.

To ensure the intimacy and level of connection required for such transformative work, we are only accepting a small number of participants.

As such we expect all places to fill very quickly, so if you feel the call. The time to act is now...

Exclusions

Your Investment does not include

  • Travel to and from the retreat location

  • Any passports or fees associated with travelling to and from the retreat location

  • Travel Insurance

  • Books, Albums or other offerings as part of the Ankhara Codes 3 & Temple Calling Launches

Liability Waiver

When you book your place on ' ELEMENTAL MAGIC ' you hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge Ellie Deighton, The Genius Portal PTY LTD, Genius Space Enterprise and any of their employees, contractors. service providers or agents from ALL liability pertaining to physical injury, wrongful death, property damage, loss of services & earnings occasioned by or in connection to any of the activities for the event known as ' ELEMENTAL MAGIC '

You also acknowledge that in choosing to participate in the event known as ' ELEMENTAL MAGIC ' you are alone 100% solely and personally responsible for any results.

That you alone take FULL responsibility for your own health, mental health, life and wellbeing. You further agree to use your own due diligence & judgment before applying any recommendation that you may receive throughout your time at ' ELEMENTAL MAGIC ' and respect the privacy of your fellow retreat attendees.

In attending ' ELEMENTAL MAGIC ' you further agree to abide by any rules or regulations set out by Ellie Deighton, The Genius Portal PTY LTD, Genius Space Enterprise or their employees, contractors, service providers or agents & agree to take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for your own actions and decisions.

You also further agree to disclose any relevant information related to both your physical and mental health which might be deemed appropriate for your safety and well-being. 

You acknowledge that refunds for the retreat CANNOT be given.

Should the retreat not go ahead for reasons outside of The Genius Portal PTY LTD and Genius Space Enterprise control such as political risk or pandemic restrictions, you will be refunded your money in full, less any money The Genius Portal has spent on bookings that The Genius Portal cannot get back and an administration fee of $500.

To ensure a smooth, effective, safe and enjoyable event it is imperative that you agree to follow the guidance and guidelines set by The Genius Portal team and anyone else who will become responsible for your well-being and safety during 'Elemental Magic' including retreat staff, facilitators, contractors. You agree that should you act in a way that persistently and intolerably disrupts the experience of 'Elemental Magic' for you or any other participants, The Genius Portal reserves the right to terminate your participation without any refund or recompense and that it is The Genius Portals discretion to determine what constitutes a persistent and intolerable disruption or threat to participants' safety.

In checking the text box below you completely agree and with full understanding accept this waiver and all its components in its entirety.

We also love sharing to facebook and instagram.

We'd love to tag you in those photo's where applicable in the future.
